Laser Junction has a Punching and Laser Cutting combination machine which is one
of a kind in South Africa. This machine is capable of punching, laser cutting,
forming, tapping, counter sinking and beading. The capabilities of this machine
allow for a much quicker turnaround on components. A component can be tapped
directly on the machine and when the component is taken off the machine no
further work is required.
Capable of handling a sheet up to 3 metres by 1.5 metres, this machine can punch
up to 4mm plate in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Aluminium at a rate of 900
punches per minute.
