Laser Junction has a Laser tube cutter that is one of a kind in South Africa.
The machine is capable of cutting round tube, square tube, rectangular tube and
in fact tube of any profile. This machine is capable of handling tube up to
150mm diameter. It is also capable of cutting carbon steel up to 6mm wall
thickness, stainless steel up to 5mm wall thickness and aluminium tube up to a
wall thickness of 4mm.
The machine can handle tube up to a length of 6 metres and with the superior
clamping system that supports the tube and the stationary cutting head, it
guarantees 100% accuracy across the entire 6 metre length. |
