Laser Junction's fabrication department is fully equipped to handle most
fabrication requirements. This fabrication facility runs 24 hours to ensure a
quick turnaround.
We have a CLEAN facility with no mild steel being processed with our
stainless and aluminium processes.
Our fabrication department offers:
- 12 stainless steel and aluminium TIG welding stations
- 8 carbon steel TIG welding stations
- 12 carbon steel MIG welding stations
- Grinding and cleaning of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Studding facilities
- Counter sinking
- Fixings - Minarbs, nutserts, hexserts, rivnuts
- 2 CNC lathe machines
- Robotic Welding machine
- Polishing and Brushing
